i need better format
so, what i am putting together is some sort of weekly log of my current fitness. will include some things such as a basic idea of what i eat, what supplements i take and my day to day summarized in a single weekly post. every Monday i do a weigh in , and bi weekly some picture progress, at the end of the month measurements Waist arms legs etc. now, i am rather weak and slow but that's the point of showing my progress, now this might not appeal to everyone .... mainly dark i think maybe josh ...

Sunday, November 27,2007 easy and simple interval training. What? It's fucking Sunday for god's sake.
